The Relationship Between Prosocial and Antisocial Behaviors and Personality Traits in Team Athletes

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between personality traits and prosocial antisocial behaviors displayed in team athletes. In respect, data collected from a total 481 (64 females 417 males) participants engaged sports. relational screening model used study. Prosocial Antisocial Behavior Sports Scale, Five Factor Personality Inventory Personal Information Form prepared by researcher were collect data. Descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation Coefficient analysis. As result analysis it determined that there positive significant relationship behavior-team (PT), behavior-opponent (PO) extroversion, responsibility openness sub-dimensions. However, negative difference behavior-team, neuroticism. Accordingly, as athletes increase, neuroticism level decreases. A scores obtained (AT) (AO) sub-dimensions consistency responsibility. There correlation sub-dimension. no statistically extraversion openness.
